Personal History
1974 - Born in Apple Valley, CA and grew up in Riverside, CA (located in the Valley between San Diego and Los Angeles.
1992 - Graduated from John W. North High School
1992 - Attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO
1994 - Transfered to the University of Akron, Ohio
1998 - Graduated with a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Women's Studies
1999 - Moved to Nashville, TN
2000 - Married my husband Chris
2003 - My first daughter Zoe was born
2005 - My second daughter Isabella (Bella) was born
2006 - Obtained my Real Estate License
2007 - Living in the moment and trying to enjoy life to its fullest (and it is pretty full :-)
Other Interesting Stuff
I have been investing in the Nashville market since 1999 and my passion for real estate started long before that.
Service in my community is very important to me. I participate in various Habitat for Hummanity projects, Room in the Inn a program to house and feed the homeless, and I have been one of the sponsors of the Boulevard Bolt since 2002. I work on various other projects as they come up, but the three above are of the most important to me, because they all serve the homeless. I worked at a homeless shelter for women and children for several years while I was in college and ever since I have had a strong affection toward the homeless.
New Parent Community Member of Abintra Montessori School and merchandising committee chair. Zoe just started the early education program in the fall and it is wonderful!
My husband Chris and I started a technology company called Tetra Design, whose biggest product is web design and web application development. I recently converted him to Real Estate and he is our newest team member! We are still doing web design, but our true passion is real estate and investing.
